Or the Crunchiest crunch of chips I ever did eat.. and make? Steak #cookwithjoule SousVide @135 for 2 hours, pat dry salt and pepper... Sear that bad boy in a little oil in a screamingly HOT 🔥 pan... just till it gets a nice crust. The potato 🥔 Chips. Idaho, mandolin, super thin. Spray a metal cookie sheet really well with oil. Line them up... don’t crowd em.... spray... sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake @400 and watch them. My oven is crazy so I can’t tell you how long it took ... 20 min maybe ?? But these chips had the best crunch of life.... you can add whatever spices you want cuz ya know. Go wild.
