The picture on the left was taken ONE YEAR AGO on April 12, 2018. I weighed 221 lbs & was too busy to care. Even after seeing myself like this, it took an additional 3 months for me to finally want to change. From July-September I did a 90 day transformation and lost 35lbs by giving up alcohol, doing the keto diet & working out 4-5 times a week.
